Switsongo B&B \u2013 Terms & Conditions<\/strong><\/p>

\u00a01. Reservations & Payment<\/strong><\/p>

  • Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, as specified at the time of booking.<\/li>
  • Any outstanding balance must be settled on or before check-in.<\/li>
  • Switsongo B&B reserves the right to cancel reservations if payment terms are not met.<\/li><\/ul>
    1. Check-in & Check-out<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>
      • Check-in: from 14:00 to 19:00, unless otherwise arranged in advance.<\/li>
      • Check-out: by 10:00 on the day of departure.<\/li>
      • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to prior approval and availability.<\/li><\/ul>
        1. Cancellations & No-shows<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>
          • Cancellations made up to 14 days prior to arrival: deposit will be refunded in full.<\/li>
          • Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival: 50% of the booking value will be charged.<\/li>
          • Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival or no-shows: 100% of the booking value will be charged.<\/li><\/ul>
            1. Children & Additional Guests<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>
              • Children of 6 years or older are welcome but must be supervised by an adult at all times.<\/li>
              • For the comfort of other guests we do not allow children under 6 years old.<\/li>
              • The maximum occupancy per room is specified at the time of booking.<\/li>
              • Additional guests are only permitted with prior approval and may incur extra charges.<\/li><\/ul>
                1. House Rules<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>
                  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms and indoor areas. Designated smoking area is available.<\/li>
                  • Pets are not permitted.<\/li>
                  • Please note: no braai\/barbecue facilities are available, and self-catering is not allowed.<\/li>
                  • Guests are requested to respect the peace and privacy of fellow guests and neighbours on the premisis and in the Wildlife Estate.<\/li><\/ul>
                    1. Liability<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>
                      • Guests use all facilities at their own risk. Switsongo B&B accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, damage, or injury incurred during the stay.<\/li>
                      • Guests are advised to ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving their room.<\/li>
                      • It is recommended that guests arrange appropriate travel insurance.<\/li><\/ul>
                        1. Wildlife Estate Rules<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>
                          • Guests are required to comply with the rules of Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate at all times.<\/li>
                          • Feeding or disturbing wildlife is strictly prohibited.<\/li>
                          • Driving is permitted only on designated roads, and all speed limits must be observed.<\/li><\/ul>
                            1. Right of Admission & Termination of Stay<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>
                              • Management reserves the right of admission.<\/li>
                              • Switsongo B&B reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund in cases of non-compliance with these Terms & Conditions or in the event of disruptive, damaging, or unsafe behaviour.<\/li><\/ul>
                                1. Force Majeure<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>
                                  • Switsongo B&B cannot be held liable for events beyond its control, including but not limited to power outages (load shedding), water supply interruptions, or extreme weather conditions.<\/li><\/ul>
                                    1. Governing Law<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>
